wushu is nt abt power transfer fr person 2 person, wrong ideal lor. I think you watch too much moive liao. But there's something known as "Qi" or "QiGong" which can call internal and external strenght.
wushu is form arts and self-defence skill. wushu is abt routine, sando and stunts. Wushu got two type known as traditional and international. There both different routines, but traditional got more to learn then international routine.
