Which martial art is good ? i feel taekwando is good... using leg.. im old jor duno if still can go for taekwando or not.. leg wan stretch also so pain..
any advice if i can join taekwando since im mid 20s?

what do u mean by good? regarding fighting against another martial art ? If you are old, akido may be good for you.. muay boran is an ancient part of muay thai...don't think much people are well verse in it.....anyone who know muay boran care to share some info about it?

Every martial arts has its own strong points.
Some are good for distant fighting, some are good for close range.
Some teaches you how to handle a group, others are best suited for 1 to 1.
Some focuses on brute force, others on the relaxed mind and body or borrow the attacker's energy and return it back to him.
It all depends on what you what.
If you prefer your attacker not to be so near you, an art that has strong focus on kicking and long range punching will be helpful. Taekwando is one.
If you prefer close distance, then look at Xingyi or Hung Gar.

I believe Muay Boran is the more lethal form of Muay Thai which is watered down actually but still hurts like hell.
Muay Boran is more for survival and has very lethal moves, Muay Thai is more for a sport i believe.
It is even rare to find a school that teaches Muay Boran in Thailand.
