If you have TKD background, continue it and achieve black belt status.
After black belt, you will be taught a lot of skills like in the video. But don't expect a lot of improvements like you move on from white to yellow... they are hard to master... some took 3 years to master one skill... -

its an art form , and an art of movements. A true master cultivates the mind and the body at the same time.

But don't rely on them to give you protection, they are useless. When one front kick can solve a problem, you turn, flip and kick is a waste of time and get hit instead.

Well nice to look , good to see . But during an actual fight still depends on your luck . If you're unlucky , the fella may have a gun point to ur head or the opponent may be better skilled then you . there will always be someone better then you out there .
