It is a boxing gym - where the national team trains. They take in beginners as well. It just so happens Contact Kinetics and Hilltop are the ones renting the gym from them.
I've been there before. Training is everyday except Sunday if I remember correctly. Begins at 3pm to around 5pm. $50 a month, unlimited. From what I can remember though, so might be a little different now.
