  Must i learn qi gong first then learn xingyi quan??
  
  Is qi gong nessasary for xingyi or does xingyi train internal energy the same way as qi gong? This is an important point one has to understand.

  Warm up is slightly longer... around 25 minutes.
  
  After warm-up, is the practising of qigong.
  
  After qigong, is forms practice, followed by application of what you've learnt.
  
  All this applies unless you are a new student. New students focus on qigong and stances and nothing else.

  First question: No, unless you are learning the traditional Xingyi.
  
  Second question: Qigong is necessary for Xingyi. Xingyi trains internal energy the same way as qigong...

  Mayi, how many hours/sessions is the training duration per month?

  2 hours. Maybe longer if you are interested in learning more.
  
  5 hours is nothing if you have the time.
  
  Sessions wise, as I'm a student, I only have once. But for adults, I think it's twice or more. Not sure though. Have to ask the people there.
