Case 1
A Doctor asked a pt: "if I were to cut one of your ears off, what will happen to u?"
Patient: "Then I will not be able to hear..."
Doc: "...Hmm ... that's normal... so if I were to cut your other ear off, what will happen then?'
Pt: "I will not be able to see"
The Doc became nervous & asked: "why would u not see then???"
Pt: "because my spectacles will fall off!"
Case 2
A truck driver was doing his usual delivery to IMH. He discovered a flat tyre when he came back to his vehicle after the delivery. He jacked up the truck & took the flat tyre down. When he was abt to fix the spare tyre back, he accidentally dropped all the bolts into the drain. As he cant fish the bolts out, he started to panic. A pt happened to walk past & asked the driver what happened.
When the driver related the whole incident to the pt, he laughed at the driver & said: "cant even fix such a simple problem - here's what u can do, take 1 bolt each from the other 3 tyres & fix it onto the deflated tyre. Then drive to the nearest workshop & replace the missing bolts - easy as that".
The driver was very impressed & asked "You're so smart but why are u in IMH?"
Patient replied: "hello, I am here because I am crazy not STUPID!"
