Another blonde joke

  A blonde brought back a tube of topical cream she had purchased
  earlier.  "I need to return this.  I bought it for my vacation,
  but I can't use it." she told the clerk at the pharmacy.

  "And why is that?" asked the clerk.

  "Well, duh!" sarcastically replied the blonde, "It says right here
  on the tube, 'Direction: apply locally, two times a day'."

  "Why is that a problem?" asked the clerk.

  "Oh my God!" exclaimed the blonde. "I can't apply it locally...
  I told you I'm going on vacation!"

  "So?" asked the clerk.

  Replied the blonde, brightly, "I'm going overseas!"
