A wealthy businessman was curious as to which organization was the best in the world. So he decided to test them. After a series of tests, the FBI, CIA and remnants of the KGB were the last 3 finalists. For the final test, the man placed a rabbit in a huge forest and tasked the 3 to look for it.The FBI was first, being the most efficient and systematic, deployed everyone to look for the rabbit. After scouting every inch of the forest and couldn't find it, they concluded that there wasn't one in the first place.
Next the CIA, gung-ho and reckless, set fire to the forest and when no rabbit came out, concluded that there wasn't one either.KGB was up. Renowned for their brutallity and interrogation tactics went in lastly. After 2 hours, came out with a battered and bruised bear who with both arms up shouted, "I'm a rabbit! I'm a rabbit!"
