No no the dan dan is those like steamed egg white with milk or egg yolk with milk i think...they serve it hot or cold and sweet =D very very nice...

like wanton mee, is made to be ate dry. not wet!

Don't look down on wet wanton mee....its the wet wanton mee cooking method that really needs skill...the soup stock can be very nice...but the noodle is too bland...dry one is easy coz of the sauce...it can mask the noodle....
