My colleague just pm-ed me just now....telling me that he has left the office already...which was like yesterday...and he won't be coming in anymore...
I hate the fact that my company....promised him a slot...but in the end...told him to leave with immediate effect...this company is just so f8rked up....i don't know why its doing all this....so much for integrity....

even I at 19 can tell u that boss are the most untrustable things on earth. Once you off-guard or be friends with them its gg. Just simply be the best performer and can slack but when try to do things when the boss is looking at you. Promotions are earned like this, sometimes sabotage is inevitable but who cares, its the smart who rule afterall.

Damn it....the email is already circulated to notify everyone....its just so demoralizing...i think that was the last straw...everyone is like i think on the edge to wanna get interviews...
