  i stayed in a motel for 2 weeks and paid Uni arranged de price
  becos the kind of hostel i wanted no place
  took me two weeks to find an apartment
  no transport it was so hard
  it was winter also
  i got a cold and cough until blood come out

  phui

   

  but that old apartment was so damn good and cheap

  really thank you jesus
  2 bed-room apt, 2-min walk to the beach
  furnished
  A$125 a week
  can u imagine?!

  Wa lao you are freaking lucky la...but that is like how long ago? now the inflation is crazy....rent is enough to kill you...don't talk about food yet...damn sianz

  Yes...last time when I was in US, the worst time came when the winds blew straight into my face while I was walking...my whole face and lips cracked...had to put on lots of moisturiser so better get those ready...and also lots of lip balm...

  fair fair how are  you?

  at home just need to wear

   

  (1) "thermal" - not really those thermal thermal, just need something that is è´´èº«ï¼Œit can be long sleeved

  (2) one more layer if necessary
  (2) a cheap fleece jacket <- these are nice and warm and cheap
  (3) a scarf
  (4) fleece pants

  (5) socks and room slippers

   

  warm enough oredi! (adjust your heater accordingly. sometimes by wearing all the above, i save electricity and dun even turn on the heater!!! but i will always heat the bathroom up before i shower.)

  I'm ok...but still so cold...attended the Food Processing Exhibition @ Sydney Exhibition Centre =) was very fun...but too many magazines and pamplets....zzz

  Yeah...i've been layering, wearing turtlenecks, using room slippers and scarf...haha =) thanks ah teh!

  Oh my bath room has mats =) so its quite ok...nice and warm...but the air is still quite cold so i have to keep running in and out of the shower cubicle T_T
