Tummy pain pain... help!!!
I had my last meal at 6plus yesterday, drank a huge glass of barley water, half an hour later i felt so thirsty i drank a bottle of water (750ml) and fell asleep with a full tummy... woke up at 10plus drank another bottle of barley water (600ml), slept.. woke up again at 1am plus drank another glass of water...
Finally, i woke up this morning with very heavy water retention and bloated-ness, ate my lunch just now and my tummy hurts like hell from the bloated-ness!!!! How?? Anything i can eat to get rid of the gasiness, retention and indigestion?? Help...
