Here is the security brief

As of 0050 SG/HK time on 10th April, a security lapse was discovered in our communication network. A target in NIA's active case file, codenamed Target 998 was discovered to have a access code to one of our Director's (codenamed Associate 3005) communication system. It is also possible that Target 998 has access codes to various Directors' systems.

Associate 3005 is now reverting to a newly established back up communication system.

A case investigator will be assigned to determine the cause and the impact of the security breach. Director of Electronic Intelligence and Director of Counter Intelligence are to conduct their own investigations and submit a intelligence brief by 1000h 11th April.
