Crap at work?

Recently there's been a lot of crap going on at work...wonder if its the fengshui or we have too many incompetent people...hahaha...either way anything that happens that particular dept will shirk responsibilities even though its clearly their fault...

we get that a lot..
our transport and logistics section actually made us go look for our own transportation needs.. and my mad boss, instead of standing her ground, backed down and made us do it..

Ya mine is something like that...the dept is supposed to be in-charged of that aspect...but guess what they don't even know how to transfer the phone call to the respective person! Wtf is the phone list for?!
And the best of all, after the "incident" that happened in office that caused a big hoohaa, the guy can still whine in the company bus and say that "he did nothing wrong"...wtf...and ya i hate this guy a lot because he's so annoying and talks too much for his own good...he's just a temp staff by the way...
Brags about being very rich and all...and saying that he rather say temp than be permanent staff as he don't want to commit...wtf?!

That dept loves to "transfer" their work to the "relevant" department and don't bother about "doing what they should do"...seriously...i don't know how they can live with it...and they were supposed to be "providing necessary information to the customers"...
The team seriously has no internal communication among themselves!
i.e. they sit just side by side but need to call up to our dept to ask things that the person beside them can do...
shitty workflow...

just nice i had a load of crap delivered to me today.
was originally supposed to be a slack day cause everyone is not in, then the guy who was in charge of the stats went on overseas leave since few days ago and we found out that he hasn't done the year end stats yet!
so a poor officer got arrowed to do the crappy job of compiling stats, and just nice i was there too and kena arrowed as well!! CRAP..i could have left office during lunch time..grrh..

ya crap crap crap at work. so-called 'Senior producer' will never gain my respect and all she know is to throw all her work to mi and she gets away with the shit. simple logic -- clear up after urself, u dun bring ur mum to work -- and everyday she uses hundreds of cds and just throw it to the metal rack behind my desk and a week later ask mi how cum i never clear my stuffs. NABEIZ. wtf. i act blur and say i didnt took all those and she said i should clear it. bitch! i am programmer leh, not maintainence worker leh!. bitch. i hate her. only know how to throw all shit to others and she does the easy work. i dun farking respect her and her doings

and this snr producer is so sickly that she takes mc every week. nabeiz. but she never submit mc, never deduct leave de lor!! think boss not around she does this kinda things. see! how to respect such ppl??! and last week i was so damn bloody sick i took three days of mc (doc gave two days on fri, then mon again, and i was still sick so i went on leave on another fri), guess wat she said...:"oh jur, are u ok with work? u seems to fall sick very often....." damn bitch hinting that i din do my work well! nabeiz...!! last mth mi sick i came back to work WITH mc and this bitch took 'mc' every week claiming that she is sick. why got this kinda people de???!!!!!! did she ever reflect on herself???! I hate her and all the responsibilities she pushed to mi. enough. ENOUGH!

how's this for crap?
the boss tells me to take a few days off but in the same sentence tells me that a certain thing is needed to be done the next week and requires the paperwork by today...
then tells me that i look tired (i am tired) and require rest then again in the same sentence tells me that a lot of work needs to be done immediately for the next project..
so far, i've lost 21 days of leave in the past 2 years.. it's April and i've not even had a chance to take any time off except a few hours here and there (twice only this year)
i think the boss has forgotten the fear she had when i ended up in hospital due to exhaustion... but then, she turned up at the hospital to ask a password so that she could get someone else to press on with the project i was doing...
