  pls lar, if you go for internship interview, most of the time it would be proper to wear a tie

  also depend on industry, if you go for banking job, then yes, if you go run for entertainment industry, then its a different story

  also depend on companies, even within the same industry. like my company every friday wear slack and short sleeved, some other companies might be stricter

  also depend on role, client facing or non client facing, big boss or ka kia

  also depend on situation, are you doing an RFP presentation to client, or presenting metrics report to your supra big boss, or just holding a conference call to ur stupid colleagues from other countries

  at the end of the day, u can choose to wear a tie...only....and try to striptease ur way from there
