Uni course: Degree in Food Science and Technology (UNSW)

  Hello peeps....i'm considering enrolling for this course...so i was wondering if any people out there are graduates or undergraduates who have undergone or are undergoing the course...
  
  I would like to know about the course structure and whether it's relevant to the diploma that you have studied?
  
  For my case its Chemical Process Technology (Food Option) in SP...

  She approved just a week ago....i wanted to apply...but impossible...coz i will miss 1 to 2 weeks of the semester...which is the most crucial out of the rest...
  
  So i'll be leaving on a jet plane....and i'll be back 3 years again....oooh babe i hate to go~

  I knew a chap studying food science (in canada) ... I rolled on the floor and laughed when I read some of his first year stuff .....
  
  something to the effect of "milk come from cows .... eggs come from chickens" ....
