a murder case

  Monk read the newspaper and saw this murder case.
  
  A female curator was working with her husband in a prison museum before she was strangled to death and both her hands were chopped off. But they were found a few metres away from her body. the wire was too thin to have finger prints and thus cant identify the killer.
  
  she wasnt killed in the museum
  
  can you solve the murder case based on the above info?

  The blood must still be on the hand cuffs... Since he works at a prison museum he has instant access to hand cuffs available in the museum, those hand cuffs must be worth more than regular hand cuffs so they chop the lady's hands off to make sure the hand cuffs aren't damage...

  prison or museum all have cctv cameras... go get the videos from security office.
