erm..actually I jus buy choc sponge frm supermarket n did the mascarpone cheese layers, cutting/shaping of cake, etc myself -

and whipped cream will just make it sh|tty...

Depends who you are making the cake for ma, if ur lurved one, then buy few tubs and be generous with it. If just fren or wat, then adjust the ratio of cream and cheese to for greatest cheese economy -

one time hor, my friend came for dinner. I have to make few courses..but I forgot the soup.
and I have 10mins nia. So I just used one sachet of the instant noodles chicken flavouring, throw it some dried seaweed and boiled for 10mins. Then throw in one egg and stir stir to make the 'ribbons.
friend say it was the best soup ever tasted -
