Penalty for breaching the"one-approved-dog per HDB flat rule

under the Housing & Development (Animals) Rules 1989, only one dog of an approved breed is allowed in each HDB flat.
The dog owner must take proper care of the dog and ensure that the dog does not cause any nuisance to the neighbours eg. barking incessantly, intimidating children or chasing people, being chained to the front metal gate, having an offensive odour, etc.
Anyone got any idea what i sthe penalty for breaching this rule?

You will be put to sleep, and the dog will have its neck strangled by a thin length of steel wire and hung outside your wrought iron gate by me.

No idea, but i think some neighbours of mine keep more than one, and they make helluva noise at night

actually i ask, because i go pao toh hdb and ava that my gf's house got 2 dogs~
somehow her family is damn funny, can have so many conflicts and problems concerning the 2 dogs.. And sad to say, there is no lost love or kinship in the famil and my gf suffer the brunt of it. Which makes me damn unhappy.
Thus my solution for this is simple, since there is no way for me to get rid of the dogs or tell them nicely, i might as well do it the "lawful" way. get them fined and punish for this.

to be honest, u THINK u'r doing it out of gud intentions to 'protect' ur gf emotionally/mentally, but are u AWARE of wat u are doing??!!! if u are, u wouldnt have started this thread to ask abt consequences. 1. i know what i am doing. and the consquences behind this. i ask here only to confirm what i already know. If I dun know the rules, and to phrase it well, how do u expect my complaint to go through and be effective. 2. Not only i know the situation WELL, i consider all factors before doing this. u only know what i tell u here. while i understand. know and feel the problem personally.
3. basing on the situation, since the "orginal" owners do not want to take care of it and the chores that comes along with the dog. Yet expect & demand people to do it for them. (which i find it totally unreasonable)
Not to mention the problems the dogs bring to people (fighting with each other, bitting and destroyng items and articles.) Getting rid of it will be best for everyone.
4. I know u mean well. but have trust that i think through everything before i carried it out. i dun like being taught or have to explain my actions to everyone. Since i make a decision, i am willing to suffer any consequences or back lash that comes with it. I believe the same that you will think the same too.
