  hmmm, becos i dun want to spend much on renovation.
  
  I will occupy the upper story and a service area at the ground floor. the rest will be rented out i think.
  
  i was told since i dun wan to spend much, i can just have a pantry and go makan outside lor. its at balestier... so many makan ard me!!
  
  and this kitchen cabinet is totally perfect!! compact but has all the functions of a kitchen!! WOOhooOO!! really must consider thiS!!!

  eeeee.. but one of the plus points of having your own pad is the kitchen!
  
  imagine, your PERSONAL kitchen with your PERSONAL utensils crockery you can even have pots of herbs nobody would burn with the stove. You could keep it spick and span or dirty like mad and all that would matter is that you're happy with the way it is! wash your dishes when you feel like it... let them pile up for a week when you don't... etc etc.
  
  that kitchen is waaay too constrained for me... think i'd end up smashing alot of plates.

  this cabinet does not seem practical to me still. I think there is a high possibility u will knock things over if u are careless.
