Singapore: Largest alfresco bar to open in November

In November 2006, Singapore's biggest alfresco bar and restaurant called Oosh will open for business. The 110,000 square-foot (sq ft) restaurant is located at the Tanglin Village and it will cost S$ 6mn (US$ 3.83mn EUR 2.99mn) to built.
With 80 employees planned for the dining location, including bar management teams and veteran Japanese chefs, Oosh will feature a wine and cigar lounge, Asian and European restaurants on the ground floor, and a specialty Japanese restaurant called Yen Dining on the second floor.
According to Richard Goh, Synthesis Development Team's Director and leader of Oosh's development, cuisine such as satay, Spanish tapas, and Italians pastas and pizzas will be served on the ground floor. A waterfall, an outdoor pond and garden landscaping are planned by Goh for further development of the project. -
