I think they curry ice cream uses the spices used to make curry into the ice cream lah.
NOT take curry from ur indian stall and freeze it and sell! -

oh..i have tried curry ice cream in hong kong before...i really hate it!!! it is so gross! it really does taste like frozen curry!
i've also tried rice ice cream with that curry ice cream...and it's really like eating curry with rice which is like damn super gross. the rice ice cream got bits of rice inside. *faints*
in the end, i bought the tofu flavoured ice cream! damn nice!!! i really like tofu and soya beans!!!
and the soya ice cream from Mr Bean really very nice!!! go eat! ^^
and you know...scotts isetan sometimes got what japan fair. that time got hokkaido fair..and they brought in some interesting ice cream flavours. i ate the hokkaido ice ice cream. it's really nice! the ice is green in colour and the ice cream is a little salty. yum yum! ^^ -
