Extreme Cuisine

There was a writeup in the New Times in Phoenix, Arizona about a chef who skirts the law (and sometimes breaks it) to serve his guests "extreme cuisine".
He has served things which he sometimes hunts himself, like penguin, hippoptamus, dog, lion, chimpanzee... and some of them are endangered species.
In the article, it is described how the writer ate pygmy owl, seal sushi and even protected plants like the Saguaro cactus is not spared.
However, the most disturbing is his blatant admission of using human flesh."There many Mexcan immigrant need money," confides Yamamoto during my inspection of his Anthem residence. "Sometime they sell me kidney, arm or leg, or just slice of liver. Very, very expenseeve. These Mexcan never have to work for year, I tell you. And Mexcan liver with onion? Is sooo deleeshus. You must try."
And apart from just the liver, there has been mention of corrupt doctors who used a health insurance scam to perform unnecessary surgery on Mexicans and the parts were then kept on ice for consumption.
The chef has also said that he hopes to be able to cook a "whole Mexican" one day."One day I hope I can cook whole Mexcan," sighs Yamamoto. "Maybe baby Mexcan that mother sell to me. Then I make for my good friend Jon Kyl. I know Senator will like to eat Mexcan. He only like Mexcan when on his dinner plate."
The Jon Kyl mentioned is a US Senator who patronises his restaurant regularly.

i'll eat anything which is edible and not endangered...
stuff like edible bugs and stuff is all right, but this article is disturbing.. the guy is there to cater to the people who have money to pander to their own selfish need to eat something endangered...

I dun even dare to eat deer meat, frog meat etc. -
most extreme thing i ever ate was probably whale...yum yum..or maybe fugu

This person have found out an exotic way to turn the fantasies of food into $$$ in his pocket.
There are people who have had better lives than a King, $$$ rolls in because of their family business works or inheritance and they couldn't wait to reward themselves with what ordinary people can never do. -

human meat is a no no, but other meats that we think it's sick to eat are meats that other cultures eat. like here in canada, moose, beaver tails, bear & seal are animals that they consume..
