Any idea how to write to MP?

frankly, don't bother...
what you will be doing is to put the school in a terrible position.. and they will be unable to accede to your request anyway.. and they'll tell your MP that they cannot..
but in the meantime, because the accursed MP tells his own staff to write to the school, the school cannot ignore the thing...
then they'll waste many man-hours doing pointless work, sorting out the whole facts of case, and then write formally to the MP telling them what they essentially told you... just that everything has to be bloody formal and pretty..
multiply that by many times and the school is crippled.. doing pointless work instead of educating the students... -
