Any idea how to write to MP?

Hi guys! any idea how to write to a MP? Do they have a address or email to write to?
i was thinking of taking a part time Diploma in Business Practice(TP).. but i fal lshort of a grade.. i got a D7 for maths for my O levels..
i am sure i will definately fail any entrance test regarding maths.. I was thinking maybe a good letter or email to my MP to request to the sch to give me a chance might work out better.
Do anyone know of any good ways or avenues to try my luck out?

im sure she will write for me de lah.. i heard she's very kind de. Plus i saw some of funny letters MPs have written before.. i think it should be this hard to write for me bah..

One thing for sure is u better dun email craps... they certainly read the mails... but either them or their secretary will do the reply... depending on their schedule...

I am writing with regards to a request for entry into Temasek Polytechnic to study a part-time Diploma in Business Practice.
As I had only achieved a grade of D7 in elementary mathematics in my GCE 'O' level examination, I fail to meet the requirement for entry into this course.

your message seems to lack a sense of desperation.
maybe if you tried listing other options or why you feel that you must take that course.
and the i sincerely, etc line, i think it should be you hope she apeal on your behalf or write an letter in support of your appeal hoping it would help you get into your "desperately wanted" course -
