teen modelling sites.

Hi guys, recently i had heard my friends talking about teen modelling forums such as *****model****.com. when i check out those sites, expecting to see legit models, i was really disturbed by what i saw.. even though the sites claims that the pictures are legal and consent were given by the parents of the models (16 to 17 years old). Although all pictures are non-nude, but it is still disturbing to see them posing in lingerie. So there is a couple of questions i need to ask...
1) is viewing these teen models sites legal (just browsing, no downloading and subscribing)?
2) does these sites consitutes as child prono?
3) why are these sits not banned by mda?
4) will i get into trouble if i report these sites?

They are >15 i estimate (maybe older)... so what are the laws on these sites? It contains no nudity at all...

Both.. i dont want to get into trouble with the law. So what is your take on this?
Ps: how did some parents even allow their daughter to do modelling? Dont they know that it is a dirty industry?

Feel that its perfectly fine. Free market. If its there, just see it. No downloading as its against SG law.
