1. Anal is pleasurable for both parties; using lube and going very slowly. If you're worried about little accidents, I suggest buying an enema kit before trying anal.
2. Yes, it's stimulating for some girls ... unless you're just boring and her. Some guys like having their nipples licked/played with too.
3. Avoid swelling by actually having foreplay - this will relax her downstairs. Once again, don't do anything to crazy. If she's starting to swell .. "cool" her off by performing oral.
