  if you want singaporean, guess you wont find any in geylang... and your budget??? Singaporean dont come cheap..

  here with my limited knowledge.. a genreal guide for you..

  1) if you want singaporean, you wont find in geylang.. most likely you need contacts.. sorry me no contacts... the rate will probably be around $600-$1000 for 1hr.. exclude room... so you must pay extra for the hotel

  2) geylang have categories... those found on the streets, are illegal...price negotiable... price probably around $100/hr or if you lucky less. but most dont speak english...

  3) legal type of 2 category.. the cheap type I believe is around $60-$80 maybe for 30min.. you walk in and select all seating ard....

  4) The more ex type is aorund $150/hr.. that have malaysian / china... generally good looking then those on the streets....

  If you new, and indian.. I guess it will be better choice to have some local bring you around those areas..

  (note: No need ask me, i only go geylang for food now a days)
