no ill intention, but another way of making you see the point is, having the same thing happen to your love ones and you'll see that you probably hope the guy got alot more then what was being melts out in court!!
he did not expose himself over the legal limit.
so i see no reason its unlawful.
if thats all he did, even if its to a loved one, i'm not really bothered. maybe abit unhappy but thats it.
is wearing a bikini only (i.e. expsoing yourself in a bikini) unlawful? i see no real reason for it to be. if you want to talk about discomfort to others due to the sight, then lets have the police catch those who perhaps have piercings or those grossly overweigth females or males who wear tight or small clothings?
