  Bikini-clad man charged in Singapore
  
  A man with a fondness for exposing himself in women's underwear or bikinis was charged in a Singapore court, news reports said on Tuesday.
  
  Tan Wen Zhong allegedly wore only a bra under a wind breaker, which he whipped open in front of a 23-year-old woman.
  
  On another occasion he was clad in a blue bikini and a pink bikini, shocking two other women, The Straits Times reported.
  
  All three incidents were said to have taken place in lifts or lift lobbies.
  
  Tan will return to court on October 8. If convicted, he could be jailed for a year. - DPA
