Technically I dun understand how can rape be possible. I mean a girl with skirt up can definitely run faster than a man with pants down tio bo?

... this question kinda dumb.
i've not seen a case where a rapist from afar, shout out "oei, girl, i want to rape you!" then giving chase.
usually they surprise their victim, and overpower them wat.
and even so, the girl might not run fast, or enough stamina to outrun the rapist. and being fearful and under stress, their legs become weak, how to run fast enough?
