  kittens are harmless. remember i told u i played with 2 kittens at kopitiam?  the kopitiam tenants told me some people are so afraid of the kittens that they have to help frighten the kittens away so that the patrons can enjoy their meal

  how pityful these people i think, what's the fear about kittens?

  dunno, there seems to be more people that hate cats for no obvious reason.

  there is a perception that cats are dirty and disease ridden

  this is the main reason children are taught from young by the parents to stay away from cats and to loathe cats

  That's a misconception on their part. Cats are quite clean even for long hair that need to be groom once in awhile.

  some are realli funny, for example i hear people say oni malay people play with cat, blah blah blah

  also, bcos cats are solitary by nature, they do not gain as much attention as the dogs

  One thing: dog can be owned but having a cat is a mutual relationship.
