  I am a volunteer at SPCA.

  SPCA will thoroughly counsel you on the breeds of dogs approved and teach you how to take care of it. They will make sure you are suitable, and find a suitable dog for you.

  If you can't take care of the dog, you can bring it back anytime. (There is a heavy fine for abandoning dogs and the dog is microchipped, so just bring it back).
