Her performance is typical Singaporean standard. Are the other actors and actresses good? Her face is a refreshing one, compare to the seasoned actresses like Fann Wong or Zoe Tay. I would like to see more new faces and make more drama like Little Nonya which can be easily identified as Singapore instead of dramas depicting Hongkong or Taiwan gangster style.
Give Jeanette Aw a break, please.

JA's performances was too exaggerated in this show.
I guess ,give Joanne peh,Felicia chin or Rui En this role,they would fare much better than her seriously.
JA only suitable for actting those demure ke lian type character,this kind too challenging for her,equates that she won't reach the peak of actting,and she's limited

My wish for mediacock.......throw me some new host faces like lee teng and not the same old fuck faces of bryan wong, mark lee and quan yifeng.
Replace the likes of zoe tay and fann wong, christopher lee etc for life! 20 years ago it's their faces, now still their faces.

in fact many senior actors/tresses are talking bad about their company

the senior ones complained in view of the fact that they had struggled for 10, 20 or some even hit 30 years but are not even awarded....or awarded honourably out of empathy...
these are the ones who have guided the young ones...but becos the demand is skewed towards popularity than true talent....it becomes business oriented awards ...the scripts are even worse....very unrealistic and so predictable....lacking complex twists and turns in plots....it seems they r churning out dramas just for making a living... can sense the grave politics inside the company where appeals and nepotism are worth much more than talents
in fact, audiences are not talented themselves but mechanical voting fans....

i wouldnt mind if tvb replaces mediacock anytime. And give it dual sound, mandarin and cantonese. Wah....life after 7pm will never be the same again.

Her acting sucks and over exaggerating! Must she speaks like that? Not comfortable seeing her in the role as a younger sister of Dai Yang Tian when she looks so much older than him!
