My guess is:
FW - yes
JP - lagi yes.
FC - as of the last time I saw her on TV, she was still flat. So dunno about now.
How to confirm our guesses? One way to confirm whether there is boob job is to make the actress lie down. If the size goes down, it is real. If the boobs still look as sizeable, confirm there is an implant.
