Stick-thin Posh is told she must eat more ahead of Spice Girls tour

There's not a spare inch of flesh on Victoria Beckham so I am shocked to discover that the twiglet-thin star is going on a diet ahead of the forthcoming Spice Girls Reunion Tour.
The shock is that the diet will involve Posh actually eating more.
The 33-year-old – who maintains her 23in waist by eating steamed fish and edamame (soybeans) – has been told she has to increase her food intake if she wants to keep up with the strenuous dance routines planned for the tour, which kicks off in December.
"First Victoria is going on a week-long cleanse where she will only be able to drink hot lemon water and eat organic fruit and vegetables to detox her system," says my source.
"She will have to keep this up for five days even though she will be training. Her new diet is based on eating small bowls of brown rice with steamed vegetables.
"Her favourite at the moment is steamed spinach, carrots and tomatoes. She will also be eating beetroot at every mealtime because it's a good source of fibre and iron and low in calories."
As well as four or five small meals a day, Posh will have to eat handfuls of nuts and seeds.
"She is terrified of putting on a single pound and has had to be talked into increasing her food intake," adds my mole.
"It would be very embarrassing for her if she collapses or gets ill because she's too weak."
Meanwhile, as Victoria battles to maintain her size zero figure, her football star husband appears to have developed a preference for curves.
When interior designer Kelly Hoppen was fitting out the Beckhams' new LA home, David asked her to source a famous photo of Marilyn Monroe to hang over the couple's bed.
"David specifically asked for the picture," says a Hollywood informer.
"He adores Marilyn and thinks the photo of her with rose petals covering her breasts is a stunning picture. It is hanging above the bed."
I wonder what the pouting Posh thinks...

i think.. she has been on such a low calorie diet for a long time..
hm.. if she switch back to normal calorie count diet.. maybe she will gain weight?
cause her body has been on the "very low calorie mode that makes her body thinks she only need such tiny amount of calories" 
unless she exercise vigorously to burn away the extra calories that she has consumed? -
she looks like an ugly bag of antlers with orange leathery skin..
