My friend, who has a decent job, is also working on this product. 2000 plus for 3 month supply. basically is a protien based diet, so as to increase muscle mass as so to increase metabolism and also regualr weighing and people will advise you on the key things to eat. Need to replace a meal with their packets mainly. can dun exercise alot and eat normally for the other 2 meals.
i did not opt in cos i have no money. what is your opinions and feedback about these? I think it is a over expensive product but it is considerable effective scheme . just too expensive.
sounds like a wrong approach
It is indeed wrong and comes with loads of side effects and results that won't last unless you gonna survive on these for your life.
There's no shortcut.
the concept sounds ridiculous. people who seriously work out need extra protein. the rest of us don't.
and as for the cost of protein...
Not enough information.
Based on the information you provided, the increase of muscle mass so as to increase metabolism is not the type of approach I'll use for weight management.
I will more likely go for fat metabolism and multi vitamins approach.
What a load of crap
1st, u need other nutrients
2nd, extra proteins can be obtained easily at a cheap price--eat more meat (white meat, red meat)
Pure absolute rubbish. To be consigned to the rubbish heap along with the Atkins diet and every other useless fad diet. Hell, I would advocate giving your friend two tight slaps to the face to make him wake up his friggin' ideas.
There is no such thing 'can don't exercise a lot' in order to build muscle mass. To build muscle mass, you need lots of strength training. Pure and simple.
And a healthy, well-balanced diet should accompany it as well. Protein is not the be-all and end-all of a healthy diet.
And as much as a person who wants to build muscle should eat more protein, you can do that dirt-cheap by eating lots of egg whites and chicken breasts.
$2000 for a three-month supply? Sounds like a crash diet for his wallet and bank account. Anyone who tries to sell that to me is gonna get pointed and laughed at.
MLM... stopped reading from there....
