I just bring to our attention that before we first register, there are Rules, Policies and Disclaimers at the registration panel, which is there for a purpose. It is to warn us. It is for us to note that if the Local Authorities so demand, all details can be released.
If you do not notice that people are carted away do not mean that it did not happen or will not happen. I sincerely hope that no body had been carted away. It is good to know that no body had been carted away. This shows that majority of the “users” are reasonable and keep within the OB markers, and also many thanks to the good works by the mods.
Hope we all make this place a nice place for all to enjoy (and exchange our thoughts/opinions), learn from each other mistakes, and become wiser.

and i guess by ur warning of the disclaimers, that u were targetting the people who felt they were cheated? i wouldnt do that to stop them anyway, who love seeing thousands of dollars flying away and being steadfastly refused refunds they were entitled to? -

Victims? When those who failed to get their refund....did they exactly post EVERYTHING they've done and truthfully? I doubt so. I see them as trying to ruin our reputation just becos they are upset that they didn't get wat they want! They started to become emotional and post watever that can bring NTI down.

let's say u call jamie pang a drug addict, she can sue you.. the only thing is at her own expense, such as lawyer fees and stuff.... and she better hope she wins some kind of monetary compensation from u so that it's worth it for her get someone to sue you.... so u have to be rich to sue ppl here. it's not like in US i can sue and only pay my lawyer when he wins the case.

these "victims" are not just unhappy because they cannot get a refund, but also because they felt 'cheated and manipulated.' and when they wan out, they're told there's almost no way to get their money back
let's say someone joined nti one day, and regretted his decision the very next day, can he get a refund? i doubt so... -

One of the main advantages of MLM is cost-effectiveness, but by coming up with such hassle you are indirectly violating it. What you have done, up to now, like what laurence has kindly mentioned, is to further tarnish the reputation of NTI(we dont mind of course) and to show how uncivilised you are. By the way, you should suggest to your superiors to conduct English language lessons, i realised that all of you can't speak properly. -

I believe i do not have any doubts or misunderstandings that need to be cleared...
Once again, you emphasize that there'll be no recruitment in this meeting...but then u think would anyone of us wanna be recruited? 0% of chances recruiting anyone in ur above list which you've foreseen.

Let's say I call person A a cheat, without evidences. Then A sue me. Indeed turn out he did some dishonourable actions, therefore proving my accusation correct, I'll not be liable for anything. Furthermore, so many of us have real evidences and personal experiences, there's nothing to be really afraid of.
So yes, come and sue and 'prove' it to the whole world yea? Even worse come to worst for us, you may win the battle. But ultimately, by winning this battle, you've already lost the war; Expect a public backlash by disgruntled people you created for yourselves...
And if you think such a public-relations mess is good for your company, so be it. There's nothing more logical arguments can reason with you. -
We have products, our marketing plan is fair meaning that uplines may not earn more than his/her downlines. It's true that those who join first may have the advantage but he can't be sitting there to wait for ppl to join him.
