so when you are doing prowling, you have a rifle that is chained to the rack, yup.. the chain is 3-5 km long.
why not just have the DO follow the prowlers with the duty driver in the rover.

Should make them prowl in LSV with 2 GMPG.
This way, Duty personnel FIGHTS for guard duty to look cool.
And they are unlikely to drive out with GMPG. No field pack big enough. -
