Yeah every fault lies with NSF, cos we are dispensable, serve 2 years FO. Unlike the regulars, have to backstab each other to go higher, what a ludicrous bunch. And when law abiding citizens like ourselves exercise our freedom to speech and expression, we get hounded by the SIB cos petty regulars can't face the fact they are so blackballed.
If you had done your job well as a regular, nobody would hold grudges against you. A fine example of good regulars would be the ex-CO of MPC, LTC Chan and 1SGT Teo. Come on face it, to err is human, to criticize is also human. Fault means fault, don't give so many sorry ass excuses, take it like a man and change for the better and people will eventually applaud for you.
You can throw people in jail but you'll never grow out of your pathetic self delusions. -
I only got 1 thing to say. People have their faults, no one is perfect.
People have made mistakes in parades before. Sign a few extra and everything is settled.
But that show was no mistake. It was a disaster, and showing that kind of standard in front of the Istana is an insult to the state.
It's a disgrace to the nation. -

i think we r not doing anything against the military law . We r merely discussing the quality of the drills n explaining how things have gone awry. So far names have not be disclosed neither has sensitive issues gone public. Search youtube for any other SPDS videos and you will find a couple of good ones.Some have been there since Feb 2006 or even 2005 I believe.
But post ONE single bad one and then they come complaining to you.
What's the matter SAF can't take honest critisism of your work?
Spds is the 1st crack mp comd is showing, i reckon there will be more as they make them equally trained for all types of jobs and not specialised as it should have been .When can they understand

Before I lock this thread, let me add that if the performance is held in public, it is in public space and it reflects very badly on the ideals of professionalism and transparency if it was true that the video was ordered to be taken down.
In fact, I am disappointed and quite rightfully so. If something has screwed up, let it be fixed.
After all, the COG is viewed by many, and ordering one poster to remove a video of it does NOT change the impression that people might have gotten.
As to the debate about SPDS and all that, the flaming has gone on quite far enough. -

AFAIK, MPC has no legal jurisdiction on issues happening on civilian property, and certainly do not have much grounds, in my opinion to argue that a youtube video of a publicly accessible military drill performance coupled with videographer's personal opinions, as a breach of national security.
It is deplorable if true.
