Recruit cannot take taxi to SAF Ferry Terminal?

According to my time, my PC dont allow us to take cab and alight at the terminal, reason is because if everyone take cab to the terminal, it will cause the traffic there to jam, as those who are from tekong knows, there are 2 lanes only, a on-coming and on-going...
but after all,its alright to take a cab and alight at the terminal once in awhile, if you are late....
you can do anything and everything, but just dont get caught!!

a couple of years ago, i can simply take the bus at the bus stop directly outside of the ferry terminal to go home... but wtf... the instruction is to take the chartered bus to pasir ris and for me, detour back to home via another bus at the bus interchange.
vice versa for booking in on sunday nite.
