Recruit cannot take taxi to SAF Ferry Terminal?

Just now the Taxi uncle tell me, cannot take taxi to SAF Ferry Terminal will tio fine $50 de... then he let me alight some distance away from the Terminal...
But hor...
I always take Taxi to the entrance de, also botaiji lehz...

my time - can take taxi but cannot alight in front of the gate.. will b booked by RP one..

who gets the fine ? recruit or taxi driver ?
if it is recruit, then it is SAF regulations. then recruits must have been briefed.
if it is taxi driver, then it is LTA road regulations. then it implies that private cars also cannot stop there. -

I was going to say maybe the taxi unker on call liao ... so dumped TS off first ...
but then again hor, it makes sense ... imagine loads of parents cluster farking around the entrance ... one camel humper comes along in a van full of fertilizer derivatives .... BOOM ! ...

Was that during the normal book-in time for recruits? They don't make a big fuss of it when it isn't, such as when you're returning from Att C status or a medical appointment.

If i take cab from pasir Ris interchange to the termial , is it allowed cause that time when i return home for attend C , i took taxi home from the terminal. WHo got expericen from attend C , can share

Normally if it's outside of your book-in timing, it should be fine.
