  send it back to your store, and have the technical team evaluate if it is a snip, or is it a quality issue.

  I assume u talking about the new type. Mine the old one. dun know how many years liao....still never break....only de-colouration

  Cos out of sudden, my field pack breaks at 3 out of the 4 supporting rings at the end. I suspect someone who disliked me in camp sabotaged me by cutting half the ring off, so when I carry it, it tears slowly and break.

  I don't understand the second part ............. how come straps are not sewn to the bag, but use black tapes to put together ?
