My experience is that the polyclinic docs don't check the electronic medical records. But the hospital side definitely do, namely the A&R & the specs.
Technically, still can "bluff" lah, if you go to different polys. They still rely mostly on written dockets there, though I know the hospital side will send post-visit feedback back to the poly for record purposes. That said, the GPs increasingly like to be just GPs, & write referral letters to direct patients onto specialist clinics instead. (In your case, a skin spec.) No more straightforward calamine lotion anymore, for example, not until after undergoing blood tests for a wide range of possible illnesses.
You'll get new medical appointments for sure, but likely only a time sheet from the GP. And, if you ever meet the spec, they'll see your background & can then ask you why you're seeing so many GPs, or why didn't turn up for the spec appointment -- possibly passing a stapled note along to your MO, if they're suspicious.
My tip is to continue seeing the spec, since your rashes are for real. (But shouldn't they have pinpointed your allergy yet?) Very costly if it's continued treatment, though. Just to see the spec each time, it's $20 if you're subsidised & at least $50 if you're not (before other charges). -

As for the camp mo he also cannot prove that I chao keng. He at the most can only suspect and than say that next time I must report sick in camp(which will not happen) -

To clarify matters, an officer with a MBBS, but is not a medical officer.
There may be a few more around like me, and I wouldn't put my bullion on the statement you made. Be more prudent when you do things, especally where you post your personal tidbits.

but after 3 weeks kenna call back with immediate effect by S1 and CO to camp, MC by specialist NOT ENDORSED by camp MO.
then unfortunately during the supposed period which i supposed to rest at home, yet was in camp, and due to fatigue, fainted and sent to hospital stayed for 2 days...
what can i do? -

Hmm... they always ask me to give letter to camp MO which I didn't...
Scare that they anyhow write then die...
Anyway, visit hospital numerous time during the first 8 months of my national serivce.
I think the number of time would be around 20+ to 30+ visit which includes polyclinics.
What made me realise that I should visit a hospital instead of camp MO is that the camp MO always put me on light duty and normal duty when I seek medical help.
I am not asking for mc but at least let me rest in camp mah.
Anyway, lucky got go hospital else I might not be typing here in SGForums today. -

i was on 5 week surgery MC. but only after 2 week+, i received calls demanding me back to camp.
so my MC is effectively only 3 weeks.
and due to strong medication, and i had to be in camp working, i collapsed and lost consiousness. sent to A&E admitted for 2 nights.
What is MFU?
