Hospital ask me to see camp mp

Today I went to hospital to see doctor for rashes(real case. not chao keng).
After seeing him, I ask him for mc today. He say "can. but for this type of case you should see your camp MO. He will be able to handle it. You have come to this hospital or 8 times this year already".
I admit that out of this 8 cases, only 3 are genuine while 5 are chao keng. Even though these 5 cases are chao keng, the doctors believed me and gave me quite long mc for these 5 cases.
So I was wondering what is wrong with reporting sick at that hospital for 8 times this year. It isn't really that much as it is only about once a month.
Of course, these 8 times in hospital does not include the many times of mc which I go to polyclinic to chao keng
But the hospital system cannot check how times I go to the polyclinic to see doctor right? Its a government hospital but I shall not say out the name of the hospital.
So next time I just go to the polyclinics to take mc, will the polyclinic doctors be able to know from the system that I went to this hospital 8 times to report sick?
How about if I go to other government hospitals to report sick? Can they check that I went to this hospital 8 times to report sick in this year already? -
you need to endorse whatever mc you get from anywhere.
of course they will eventually know. be careful, they can charge you for malingering. -

how many times u go to this or that hospital/polyclinics are logged and registered on the information system. how i know this? i saw on the PC of this hospital doctor checking for the drugs i was prescribed previously on me, and i saw the date and time of my visit to the polyclinic that time a few weeks ago then.
hospital repork sick is at the a&e. a&e sees ur case as small small case. so maybe he/she a bit bothered by this kind of patients, as such cases GPs and camp MO status is enough to handle.
ur officer is not dumb enough to see ur MCs is from all over singapore. be it hospitals/clinics/whatever. 1 days or 2weeks, ur unit clerk needs a copy of that MC and file it up, and key it the MCs into the "SAF Leave System" whereby the medical leave, annual leave are recorded electronically according to policy.
and shld any officer/chief clerk starts to query and spot check on u. amen to u. -

There is no chief clerk and csm and camp mo is not a problem too.

My unit policy is for 1 or 2 days mc, S1 himself can endorse. Only 3 days and above mc than must let MO enodrse -
