Not too much to ask surely seeing as I've given a significant portion of my youth in the service of the SAF.
OFFICIALLY, you can request SAF for a customised boots to accomodate to your feet size.
but HOW to make this request heard is another story..
CSM most probably will tell you, "don't be a pus*y"
OC will tell you, "Just tahan abit, you will get used to it"
MO will tell you, "don't chao keng"
