MO don't endorse mc

For mc more than 3 days, you have to go back to camp for the MO to endorse it.
Has it ever happen before that the MO don't approve the mc and the person have to go back to camp to work even though he is on mc? -

It weird,for my unit,we don't have to go all the way to the medicial centre to endorse mc,we just give it to the company clerk can liao
Only those whom alway take MC or kena aim ones will be force to come back to endorse lol. -

famous one known to me is in bedok camp 1 gds MO, 3mths cut until 1mth. this personnel from 1 gds insist on going to 3gds MO room to endorse. 3gds MO inform 1gds MO just next door. 1gds MO just say, "1month still not ok, then come back to me to extend." then this guy saw 3gds MO but his MC in the end is still 11gds MO signature at the bottom.
as long as MC ATT C for 28days or more need to go thru medical board to endorse. MC ATT B/Excuse for 84days or more oso thru medical board. -
I got a friend who if he report sick outside and get mc, irregardless of private clinic, polyclinic or hospital, and irregardless of how long be it even if just 1 day, he still have to go back to let MO endorse.
Fart up unit he is in.
