Based on the slack system that NCC is running now, yes, they do not deserve it.
But on another note, maybe the welfare that came to NCC was passed from Army as well. Both parties becoming more welfare.
Rmb last time we kana 1 funny punishment. We kana knock it down & do pushups according to our boots size x2. Example i wear size 277 (2+7+7=16 x 2 =32). So those big foot like me super lugi

omg lol so in the end did u complete it? our max number of push ups in one go that we did as a part was 300+ during part B times. There was once where we got knocked under our school clock tower during afternoon tekan session when we were late for fall in and the brick floor was dam hot, when we recover that time some of my platoonmates had skin peeling off from their palms. oh and our sch has PDS, we are performing in this year's ncc day parade in amoy quee camp. Haha quite fun coz we get to use the fireworks when we spin our rifles -
Oh yea and maybe you should come take a look at our school ncc camps and decide if they are holiday camps or not. We had route marches of 18km around macritchie reservoir and bukit timah hill. To clarify something, only the "best of the best" get to be in NCC for National Service, so somehow they are a little bit cranky with punishments. Cpt (ns) does not = to Cpt (ncc)
a captain (ncc) can be = to a Cpl (ns)
the ranks is dependent on the parades he attended, what he did for ncc, and the hours he is clocking -

You wana know why Camps are slack in HQ now? Its because of the rules passed down. NCC no BG, highest rank is SAF LTC aka the NCC commandant.
