let me put to u an example.
I was injured in BMT and sent to a unit as a combat fit personal even though i was on crutches.Got 3 mths MC.Asked to come back for FFI before revocation.
Went there as ordered.No medical dockette found.
They ask me come back another day.Lan lan come back another day a week later.Still no dockette so they made me a new 1.
Failed FFi serve out my extra 1mth MC.
Return to camp for another FFI to revocate.STILL NO FILE and they apparently lost my new 1 so i they gave me another one.(total MC 4mths)
Called my uncle who's a COL in the medical corps and his reaction: "Huh? dockette? everything is done on computer now no need hardcopies.It has been that way for the pass 8 years.Are you sure all this happened? Even so 4 mths to move your file is crap.Nvm i'll check it out for you"
2 days later Camp medical called "err we got your file liao it came today"

Be it you have latest computers in Admin, Medical corps, it only take a soldier to totally bo hiew your stuff, u can easily get screwed.
The only solution that I found that it works is to continuously bugged the living crap out of these people until they f**king get ur things done. If gong gong dai dai wait and wait, can wait long long lor. -

the problem with the new system is that u have to pull the personel info from the old camp and sometimes it take ages to do it.

extend the ns time from 2yrs 2 4yrs
n shorten the nsmen period from 10yrs 2 3yrs -
4yrs & all guys will most prolly be marrying late & working under lady-bosses, falling way behind. 2yrs still acceptable, no more than that.
