Is there a law to ban evangelizing in public?

I am annoyed by the Sunday afternoon door-to-door evangelizing by christian pairs of ladies, knocking on doors and refusing to respond until the residents come to open the door. How should I go about to ban or complaint against such public nuisance?

design and put up a no evangelizing sign on your door front. when they see this, they will leave you alone.
if you want, you can complain to their church? if not complain to your RC or MP, or town council.

I believe there are restrictions they should observe. If I am you I would give them a piece of my mind.
If you want to complain to the authority, try finding out from Home Affairs ministry or ISD if they are in charge.

Tell them your religion. Whatever it is.
And if they don't leave immediately, you have a case against them.
They can evangalize, in fact it is their duty to evangalize, but not to people of other faiths.

I hope people of other faiths can be open-minded and tolerant about this. Why not stop and listen to those Christians preaching first and then decide for yourself? -
Religion is a sensitive issue. It best to have a blanket rule of non-interfearance.
You don't preach to me, I don't preach to you, is better than I preach to you, you preach to me.

Anyone who created the law, implemented it and enforcing them has to be super-courteous, otherwise they are enforcing it on others instead of themselves, and not being loyal and responsible people.

using fear does not work in this day and age pal, wake up. insurance is also instilling fear so that people worry and sign up insurance with them.

friday prayers is part of islam.
i doubt the law can interfere.
i believe they dont come to your doorstep every week do they?

I remembered many years ago, an evangelist walked in the same direction as me in the walkpath. he asked me if I am interested in going to his church, I told him in no uncertain terms, no assertively. he got my message and walked away from me.

I met one lady yesterday who were asking for direction and I helped. But she then try to sell her religion and I'm flabbergasted. I said no and she followed along.
Old girl stopped her saying if she stick to me she was going to whack the daylight out of her. Nobody touches her man.
